The NCIS Unit provides support to all approved death investigators and third party researchers to equip them with knowledge and skills to best utilise the NCIS for their approved purpose.
Advanced training and support is available based on specific user needs in addition to online resources published on this website. This may include advanced search support, project specific system usage, and advanced coder training for NCIS coders in coronial courts.
Training and support may be provided by the NCIS Unit via an online session or by email depending on the query.
Submit a system usage enquiry
The NCIS Unit provides support to all approved death investigators and third party researchers in using the system. User are encouraged to review the online resources and explanatory notes in the first instance.

The NCIS Unit provides support to all nominated NCIS coders from coronial courts. Coders are encouraged to review the NCIS Coding manual, NCIS Data dictionary and explanatory notes in the first instance.
